How Afolkstories Uses Cookies

We use four categories of cookies:

Examples: Supabase authentication tokens, session identifiers, security tokens.

2. Functional Cookies (Optional)

These cookies remember your preferences such as your selected child profile, language preference, and watch progress. They make your experience more personalized but are not strictly required.

3. Analytics Cookies (Optional)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site: which pages they visit, how long they stay, and which content is most popular. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users to us. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official opt-out browser extension.

4. Marketing Cookies (Optional)

In the future, we may use marketing cookies to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns. We do not use marketing cookies today. If we begin using them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services we use:

Stripe — for payment processing and fraud detection
Google Analytics — for usage measurement
Supabase — for authentication and account management
Vercel — for performance monitoring

Each of these services has its own privacy policy describing their data practices.
